Internal reporting channel policy

In addition to committing to start an investigation and ensuring the confidentiality of any information disclosed in a complaint, MAB also promises to behave impartially toward any individual named in the complaint.

The complaint must be filed with good intentions, as it will be assessed throughout the inquiry.

As long as this principle is upheld, the complainer cannot face any form of retaliation.

When the complaint does not report suspected irregularities or risks of irregularities it will be forwarded to the respective channels.
